„Ein renoviertes historisches Hotel direkt am neu gestalteten Marktplatz in Kings Lynn. Guter Service. Zwei Restaurants bieten gute Küche. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig, allerdings sind die Fenster (historisch ?) nur Einfachverglast. Dadurch wenig Lärm- und Kälteschutz. Trotzdem kann man das Hotel empfehlen.“

„As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. „Having arrived in the town, I was called by the owner stating the toilet in the room had been flooded or something by previous guests and so there was no room for me to have. I then had to spend double the cost of the room on another room, and so now need to claim my money back. This was not helped by there being a music festival going on and most rooms in the town were already occupied. Yes the guy was very sorry and all that, but this was half an hour before I was due to check in.“

„I was in one of the cheaper lodges not overlooking the lakes and closer to the bins. Lodge was clean overall and simply equipped with the standard fittings. I didn’t use any of the restaurants on site and check in was very easy. “

„Ein sehr schönes großes Zimmer und zusätzlich mit kleiner Küchenecke und einem Sofa. Zwei tolle bequeme Betten. Ein Traumhaft schöner Garten und man konnte bequem außen den Abend verbringen. Die Sitzecke ist überdacht, so dass auch leichter Regen kein Problem ist. Toller Restaurantbesuch am Abend.
