They offered to source different accommodation but didn't. The place we found for our third night was cheaper and all round better value. Streets are too narrow for Cars to drop you on on door. No information was given during reservations and it was very challenging to get to hotel with luggages. Restaurant is on 4th floor so that made it worst as they don't have elevator. Terrible experience.“
