The Space:
Little Argyle Tiny House is located in a town in Coonabarabran, NSW. The ultimate farm stay NSW getaway with a 2-3 hr drive to Mudgee Brewery, Pokolbin Wineries, and the town of Bylong. Other nearby attractions include Warrumbungles National Park, Pilliga Pottery, Pilliga Sandstone Caves, and Barkala Farm Stay.
A comfortable accommodation of 139 square feet with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom, however, follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for you to use.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, except for the host's private residence the rear garden, and inside of sheds or garages. Guests are allowed to explore the property but are advised to take caution around dams and when walking through long grass.

Other Things to Note:
PLEASE READ: Due to the extreme frosts that we are experiencing, there is a possibility that the water may freeze. It is advised to have showers at night before the cold really sets in.

- Weber BBQ is available for guests to use
- We have a fire pit available for guest usage
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- If you would like to have drinking water, that is the best you bring your own
- Recycling bins are provided to dispose of trash properly
- Free starter firewood and fire starters are available to use
- We ask guests to exercise caution when walking near the dams
- Remember to inform your host if you plan to bring your pets to our property
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
Important note:
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cassette toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
