The space
This spacious home comfortably fits six or more adults and has room for four vehicles in its large driveways. Room photos showcase Finger Lakes attractions. For inquiries about these places, reach out.
Entering via the porch, you'll find a dining area with a welcome basket and local info. A guidebook and digital version will be sent before your booking.
The first floor offers a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and laundry. Kitchen leads to deck with lake view, table, and grill. Next to the deck, a fire pit for s'mores.
Living room has lake view, comfy seating, and AC. Grand staircase leads upstairs to landing with tourist info and coffee machine. Upstairs has bedrooms, bathroom, and porch for sunsets.
Primary bedroom has king canopy bed, workspace, and private bathroom access. Second bedroom has king bed and charging stations. Third bedroom has bunk bed, suitable for kids or adults. All rooms have ROKU TVs.
Pet-friendly with $75 fee, includes pet supplies.
If needed, we offer a $50 package that includes a high chair, mini crib, baby bath, and pack and play. This charge ensures that all items have been thoroughly sanitized and prepared for your young ones' enjoyment. Please inquire if you require this package.

Other things to note
Situated along a picturesque highway that stretches alongside Cayuga Lake, this house offers a magnificent lake view and a range of amenities, which we hope compensates for any traffic noise. Moreover, it's a small trade-off considering the convenient proximity to the marina, village, and numerous attractions accessible via Route 90.
Given our close proximity to the lake, it's common to encounter gnats and other bugs, especially during the summer months. Although we make diligent efforts to control these pests, it can be challenging due to the local climate. We have implemented bug-repellent plants and other measures to minimize their presence, but we recommend guests bring bug spray as a precautionary measure.
This residence is safeguarded by an alarm system with sensors on all ground-level windows and doors. For added security, three outdoor cameras are in place—one at the front door, another overlooking the driveway and garage, and the third monitoring the driveway accessible from the back deck.
During the off-season (Nov-April), the AC units are not available as they are removed. However, fans are provided in all bedrooms and the living room for year-round comfort.
