„Couldn’t ask for a better location on game day. Our group had a blast. The only complaint we would have would be game day parking, but we made it work. “

„We stayed for a weekend to attend an Iowa football game. We loved how close this was to the stadium and the gameday energy in the neighborhood. Flat front yard was a great space to hangout before the game and the house has lots of sleeping options. Beds were comfy and everything worked as it should at the house. Would gladly stay here again!“

„The home was clean & the main living area was perfect for our large family gathering. However, the upstairs bedroom was steep stairs to a dark bedroom. The lighting for the upstairs and the basement was not the best. I messaged the host to point out that if the lights were left on, we could better find the light switches rather than search for them in the dark. I got no response. Other than that, great spot. No parking on the street - 2 cars allowed in the driveway.“

It was not very sanitary, there were multiple dog beds throughout the house, even though the listing said no pets, which made it hard for my partner who is extremely allergic to dogs. „Visited our daughter in Iowa City and the house provided a great place for the whole family to spend time together. Including our dog. It is located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to downtown and Coralville. We were able to park two cars in the garage which came in handy when the temperature dropped below zero.“

„We really liked the place- nice modern apartment in a great location with a small balcony. Many restaurants nearby that we like, and underground pkg was easy. Wished they had a small dresser in the closet to unpack clothes and directions for the tv/ but we figured it out- definitely recommend! “

„Our family gathered together with their families at this beautiful house in the woods of Iowa City. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms, we were wonderfully surprised by the well stocked items in the kitchen and availability to use and enjoy everything that was inside for us use as well. Then outside.. ponds trees and to be able to walk about and enjoy all the surrounding areas! The host was very accommodating to us as well!“
