Country House Il Biroccio was established in 2003 after the careful renovation of an old farmhouse located 15 km from the historic centre of Urbino (a UNESCO World Heritage Site). Wild land, hills and cultivated fields as far as the eye can see allow guests a totally relaxing stay and total immersion in nature. There are no roads or cars, no smog and no noise, and the nearest town is 10 km away.
The Country House houses 7 flats of various sizes. There is a panoramic swimming pool, plenty of outdoor space and a barbecue at guests' disposal.
No persons other than guests of the facility are allowed in the pool.
The SCOIATTOLO flat is a romantic flat, ideal for two adults. The windows overlook the garden and the panorama all around.
Separate entrance, the door leads to a living area with sofa, table and TV, equipped kitchenette, double bedroom with air conditioning and bathroom with shower cubicle.
