„Home was in a good location, easy to get into Canberra central and local shops. House itself is looking it's age, although comfortable. Kitchen was ok but limited utensils and cooking items were also looking aged. Beds are comfortable, shower works well. This could be a lovely place to stay but just felt like the owner didn't want to put a lot of effort into it. No basic supplies in kitchen, no hairdryer, which you would normally get staying in a home on Stayz.“

„The property was perfect for our group of 5 couples. A very interesting house in a great location and with plenty of room. Air conditioning was great for a cold weekend. Unfortunately you weren’t permitted to have a drink or walk on the carpet which ruled out using the lounge room, so all our time was spent in the tiled dining room. Also more linen would have been appreciated.“

„We had never done anythibg like this before, it was wonderful, no stress, everything worked etc., towels and linen were provided, Lovely quiet spot, lovely home. Worked winderfully for 4 adults and a 2yo. We had a confusion with the hot stove and Les gave us a call to help us straight away ehich was lovely of him.“

„This house is in a good location & has the potential to be an 'executive' holiday letting but it is nowhere near that standard. For this reason, it is a misleading description and photographs and outrageously overpriced. The garden & lawns were overgrown. The keys were loose. The outside had not been cleaned for some time with spider webs & debris all around the doors & windows. The living area was spacious, but the furniture & arrangement of the seating area are nothing like the photograph. ...

„Spacious with a very nice location and great view of the lake. It's missing key kitchen items like drinking glasses, salt and pepper, cooking oil and cleaning supplies that would have made our stay more comfortable. Could have used a few extra towels and maybe some blackout blinds for the rooms that get a lot of light due to the nice large windows that walk out to the balconies. Overall a really good stay for a large group. The host was great with check-in times and communication.“
