"In April I booked our room for October, asking for a bathtub. The hotel confirmed that they would provide it as I booked so much in advance. When we arrived we got a room with a shower so I asked for a change, showing the confirmation I received. The receptionist did what he could but I was told that the hotel was fully booked therefore the change would be possible only from the following day. I wasn’t offered any compensation, not even a cup of tea, which would be a nice gesture. The hotel is clean and well maintained but the cleaning ladies didn’t check if the amenities were really there, I got only empty carton boxes of toothbrushes and combs. The breakfast was ok and with a lot of choices but the coffee was disgusting. My personal highlight was the soap and shampoo - I got addicted to the beautiful smell and I was sad that I couldn’t take a bit of it home. We also used the room service, it arrived quite quickly and the pasta was approved by my picky-eater-child. Minus point: no menu in the room, on TV there was a possibility to “book” very few dishes but this order never went through so it was some kind of fake. Since the rooms have the doors facing the huge hotel lobby where some Russian-speakers partied until late at night, it was hard to rest. Overall it is not a bad hotel and it may become even better if the management takes care of the minor things that I mentioned and that might be annoying if someone books a luxury class hotel and expects luxury class service."

"It was one of the best experiences in my life! I’m not sure if the suite we got was the suite I booked, I suspect that we got a free upgrade to a higher class. It came with an access to the lounge, where we could get some sweets, fruits and drinks and there was also a dinner buffet included (this we haven’t used so I cannot comment on it). We were welcomed with fruits and sweets, with a personal message from the manager. The room was beautiful and fully equipped, the only minus point goes to the lack of toiletries near the bathtub, as removing the shampoo/conditioner bottles from the shower was too hard. There was a little kitchenette with tea/coffee selection and multiple water bottles included. Breakfast was simply amazing, multiple freshly squeezed juices and even condensed milk, which I have never seen in any hotel before. Meat, fruits, vegetables, egg station and hundreds of different options even for picky eaters. The pool area was nice and clean but the water temperature in the pool wasn’t inviting so I only used the hot tub. The staff went all the way to make us feel special and we honestly did! I would stay there again without any doubt. "

"Wir waren 4 Nächte im Mai 2024 in dieser Unterkunft. Das Hotel ist in einer sehr schönen Neubaugegend. Sowohl die Zimmer als auch die öffentlichen Bereiche sind sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Für den Spa-Bereich können Zeiten gebucht werden, so dass dieser ungestört genutzt werden kann. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön, mit einem tollen Ausblick. Hier kann gefrühstückt und zu Abend gegessen werden. Dies war das beste Holiday Inn mit dem besten Team in dem wir bisher waren. Das Personal waren sehr höflich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Der Kunde ist hier definitiv König! Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich beim gesamten Team für unseren wunderschönen Aufenthalt, insbesondere bei Herrn Dilshod, Herrn Babur und Herrn Saidjalol. Durch sie haben wir uns rundum sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Wir können das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen!"
