Loft/Bedroom #2: 2 Queen Bunk Beds (sleeps 4) - please note this loft overlooks the downstairs area and is not safe for younger kids.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
- Please be aware that the unit is accessible via several flights of stairs, so plan accordingly when bringing luggage and ski equipment.
-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :)
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-Please note the stairs in our home are narrow and steep, please use caution. Our home is not equipped for wheelchairs due to the levels of stairs.
-Public Parking in the Vail main garage (this is a short walk to the condo), or you can valet at a nearby hotel. You can pull right up to the front of the building to unload. You can also drive to Wild Bills to drop off luggage but they do need to speak to security before doing so.
-Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.

-IMPORTANT! - While this property is in a prime location in downtown Vail, getting to and into the property can be a little difficult, so please make sure you read this information BEFORE arrival so that you can have it clear in mind. There is NO parking at the Wall Street building, so you must park in the Vail Village parking garage.  Rates vary depending on the time of day and season you are there, but parking fees can be up to $50 per night. 
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.

Great location, terrible condo.
You can’t beat the location of this condo, but the layout is terrible, the kitchen is not stocked well with cooking supplies, all the pots are stainless steel and have been ruined by previous guests making it impossible to cook, there isn’t an oven, you can’t control the temperature in the condo so you’re either sweating or freezing, the tubs are so high that my husband fell out of the shower. Your money is better spent elsewhere. We will not rent this condo again.

Great condo for our family of four!
Great location in the heart of Vail Village! Less than a football field walk to the base of Gondola One. We rented and stored our equipment from Vail Sports - Mountain Plaza and also stored there for easy access. This condo is on the third floor above retail on the first floor and office space on the second floor. Two bedrooms and 2.5 baths were perfect for our family of four, and the kitchen and washer/dryer were also must-haves. The bunk bed in the upstairs loft had queen-sized mattresses, it seemed (much larger than standard bunk beds), and the bedroom downstairs was a king.The condo is not huge, but we usually don't spend much time there other than sleeping and getting ready for activities. As other reviews have stated, there is no elevator, so be prepared to climb the stairs to the third floor. (wide stairs to 2nd-floor offices and a more narrow set of stairs from the 2nd to 3rd floor) Many retail and restaurant establishments are within a 2-minute walk. The building (or at least the third floor) is on a common thermostat, but we could keep this unit the temp we needed by opening windows/balcony doors or turning on the fireplace. There is also a mini split AC for the upstairs loft if needed. This condo was everything as advertised. We were delighted with the accommodations, location, and communication with the host. We will definitely consider this location again the next time we visit.

Overall we were very happy with this property. Location: It is in a great location if you are looking to be in the center of town and near the Gondola. It doesn't get much better. Property: The unit was clean and as-advertised. Our family of four stayed in it for 5 days and it worked for us with each person having a bed. The upstairs loft is a bedroom, bathroom and flex space with washer/dryer. The unit was a bit tight on space for a family of four, but it matched the pictures and we were not cooking so it was fine. It also has a pretty good view of the mountain. Property Manager: Very responsive and answered our questions quickly. Overall we were happy with it and particularly for the price. I would note that it is in a mixed purpose building. Retail on the bottom, office space on floor two, and residential on floor three. It didn't bother us, but I assumed it would be more of a condo building. The coffee shop and other restaurants nearby were very good and convenient which was nice.

Property have and outstanding location very convenient and close to the Gondola 1. The property was perfectly clean at the time of the check in; The only observation it was difficult to control the temperature mainly on the top floor that was too warm most of the time since it is not possible control the heater from the property and if the balcony was open to decrease the temperature at the top floor them the living room was too cold. The top floor does have an air conditioner split unit however was leaking water when was turned on and was not possible to be used it at the time of our stay but otherwise the stay was very good.

Great space and location!
We only had two days in Vail, so chose this property to be right in the heart of things. It did not disappoint! We were steps away from Gondola One and everything we needed. While parking is a short walk away, the property management company sent clear instructions and made it easy. We would definitely stay here again!
