Adorably charming and pleasantly situated, #211 is the perfect locale for your Rocky Mountain home-base. The gas fireplace provides the warmth of real welcome. This recently remodeled two bedroom, one bath condominium sits directly on the free town of Vail shuttle route just minutes from Vail Mountain. Located in one of Vail's most desirable neighborhoods for sun exposure, hiking and easy access to Lionshead, Brooktree offers a convenient and memorable Vail experience. The condo is also equipped with a fully stocked kitchen with all the modern amenities, flat screen TVs in each room and high speed WiFi. A common area washer and dryer room is located just a flight of stairs down.

Great Value and Nice Property

The property is as advertised. Decent renovation with good location. The bus stop to Vail Village is a 5-minute walk and about a 12 minute ride. Pay laundry is convenient and located in the lower level of the building below the office. We were happy for the price we paid.

Great condo where everything worked, was clean and in good condition. Matches the pictures. The condo was stocked with essentials on arrival and check-in and out was easy. The views are good but not an undisturbed sweeping mountain view. Only suggested improvement would be better water pressure in the shower.

Great Vail Location; Good Value

Overall Impression: The condo was well-priced for its location and interior condition. The recent renovations and amenities like the televisions and coffee bar were impressive. We thought the view was good. Location: The location was excellent, with easy access to the town center, transportation, and rental bikes. Amenities: While the condo unit lacked some amenities like a real fireplace, it did have a spacious bathroom and a half-bath. The shower head and toiletries were below par and the hairdryer did not work. Again, we loved the coffee bar and TVs. The living room could use some additional furnishings, particularly some side tables and lamps for enjoying the club chairs in the evenings. Host: The host is a commercial service that emphasized communication through texts and emails. There was no personal connection or interaction. I suspect the texts and emails are automated, which does generate more traffic than I'm used to with hosting; Mostly just lots reminders. Value for Money: The condo was a good value for the price, considering its location and interior condition.

Great, comfortable and located condo

We picked this condo for our annual ski trip and we had a fantastic stay. The location of the condo is just - 5 min drive to lionshead and 3 minutes away from the supermarket. The two level condo was great for our family of 4. On the upper level; a room with double queen beds for the kids and a master with a queen (there’s plenty of space to upgrade to a king bed). More than enough closet space in both rooms. One full bathroom for the two rooms seemed to be crowded at some point but we could manage it with the 1/2 bathroom on lower level. A nice and comfortable living room with tv and chimney next to a 6 sitting round table by the kitchen made the lower level a nice place to gather for breakfast and dinner. Overall we had a wonderful time, received detailed instructions on everything from check in to check out. Would definitely come back to this condo and I would, without any doubt, recommend it to a family of 4-6. The views to the mountain are great from the living room balcony. No noise from the road nor the neighbors.

Red Sandstone ski trip

Decently updated place for the price. Lacking amenities like extra parking and hot tub. Kitchen was well equipped. Toaster oven didn’t work. Walk to the bus stop was a little further and required more steps than I’d prefer. Overall, it was a nice place to stay for a ski trip to Vail.

Had a great time! The property was very close to the slopes and the transportation using the bus system was very easy. Even if the bus wasn’t around the walk was definitely walkable and we did. The host was very communicative and easy to work with. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

My father and I were visiting my daughter who lives in Vail.

My daughter actually lives in the same complex so the location was perfect and convenient. The check in process and communication with the host was perfect. The unit was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Instructions for check-in, registering vehicle for parking, and check-out were well-communicated.
