The primary bedroom contains a king bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Up one level to the second floor, you will find the living room, kitchen, dining area, and a second full bathroom. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Bathrooms have just been renovated.

There is a washer and dryer in unit, a new gas fireplace, and a gas grill on deck.

- Free outdoor parking for 1 car is included. Parking pass is provided.
- The unit has a sleeper sofa in the living room that can be set up upon request at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
- Unit is NOT air conditioned. It stays cool at this elevation by opening balcony doors and windows.
