„Rental management is disorganized and confusing. The property has multiple rental management groups which are not connected and do not communicate with each other. Front desk staff is not helpful at all and after 5pm has no authority to help customers with accommodation requests or issues… prices are extremely high for the poor service provided by the staff “

She contacted me well ahead of time with necessary instructions and allowed us to check in early.The property was extremely clean and well appointed. The mattresses, pillows, and linens were very comfortable. The showers were hot and powerful. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. And the DVD selection was surprisingly killer.We will surely stay here ...

„The unit was perfect for 3 of us. It had everything we needed. The skier express shuttle was about 50 yards from where we exited the building so that was wonderful. It leaves every 15 minutes . The City Market was a 200 yard walk away which was very convenient. We ordered take out from a couple of places and could walk to pick it up. The unit was very clean when we arrived. It worked well for 3 adults. The property owner was very responsive and informative. “
