The space
Welcome to this delightful cottage that has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation!
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for your stay. The open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen offer stunning views of the lake through the all-window front and side. Step outside onto the large wraparound balcony with a gazebo for shade and protection from the elements.
The main bedroom boasts a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and a single on top. Need more sleeping space? No problem! There's a sofa bed in the living room that opens up into a queen bed.
With two bathrooms, we provide hand soap, body soap, shampoo, bedding, and towels. A washer and dryer are available on-site, along with laundry soap for your convenience.

INDOOR AMENITIES
Our cozy cottage comes fully equipped with high-speed internet, perfect for getting some work done while enjoying your vacation. You'll also find a TV, air conditioning, and plenty of games to keep you entertained.
OUTDOOR PERKS
Step outside and you'll have access to your own private dock, where you can take a refreshing dip in the water or simply relax on the Adirondack chairs and take in the beautiful views.
We also provide 2 kayaks, 2 canoes, and 2 paddleboards for your enjoyment, along with life jackets for safety. And don't forget about our 3 persons outdoor hot tub, perfect for unwinding in the colder seasons (not available in summer).
Feel free to gather around the fire pit for a cozy evening outdoors (wood not included).
And if you're in the mood for a barbecue, we have a propane BBQ ready for your use (propane included).
LOCATION
Our property is situated right on Lac St Pierre de Wakefield in Val des Monts, Quebec. The nearby town offers convenient amenities such as a supermarket, gas station, and two restaurants, all just a quick 5-minute drive away.
During the summer months, guests can take a leisurely riverside stroll in the charming town of Wakefield (just a 20-minute drive), visit the waterpark at Mont Cascades, play a round of golf at Mont Cascades or Edelweiss Valley, or experience the thrilling treetop adventures at Abraska Lafleche.
In the winter, guests can hit the slopes at Edelweiss Valley, Vorlage, or Mont Cascades, all of which are within a 20-minute drive from our property.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Guests will be refunded if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival. No refund if less than 30 days. Possibility of changing dates free of charge depending on availability and prices in force. No refund will be given to a tenant/guest who leaves before the end of the stay.
- In a situation where the stay needs to be interrupted due to unforseen problems with the building, the owner's liability is limited to the cost of the rental. No additional compensation will be granted.

Guest access
- Guests have access to the main floor living area only.
Other things to note:
- Smoking is not permitted in the cottage at any time.
- Parties or events are strictly prohibited.
- Please refrain from playing loud music.
- Self check-in is available using the lockbox.
- The maximum number of guests allowed is 6.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- Minimum 7 day rental from June 20 to September 15, 2025
HOUSE RULES:
The person making the primary reservation must be 30 years or older. This person must also be one of the guests staying on the premises and accepts responsibility for all other guests and any damages.
- Maximum occupancy is 6. Day visitors are accepted but must not stay overnight.
- The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or for the loss of a guest's personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, guests agree to assume all risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
