„We really enjoyed this property. The home was spacious allowing plenty of room for all ten of us. The game room was a great gathering space. Dining area was large enough for all of us to eat and play games together. Easy drive in to both Bayfield and Durango. And very close to Vallecito Lake. Would definitely recommend this property. “

„The property was even better than advertised! They thought of everything - fans, robes for the hot tub, a snack/water basket, extra blankets and pillows, games…..we LOVED it. We decided to cook our meals and every single pot/pan/utensil was there. It was spacious, well decorated, and so cozy & cute. Gorgeous views and so quiet and peaceful. Would recommend this property over and over. Can’t say enough about our stay!“

„It is always a challenge to find a house to accommodate four generations for our annual get together. This house was perfect! Eric was very easy to communicate with both prior to our arrival and during our stay. He even let us use his children’s sleigh for our little people to ride down the hill by the house. The house was very clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. Five stars across the board. Thanks for a wonderful stay.“

„Great location close to Main Street in a quiet neighbourhood. House is exactly as described and is a wonderful spot to take a short vacation break. Very clean, very well stocked kitchen. „The stay was a disaster, the house was full of bugs, we couldn't stand it and left early after a terrible night. The hostess was not willing to compensate us for our early departure. She said these bugs were an evil in the region. We believe that having these bugs crawling into your ears at night is a significant deficiency that needs to be pointed out in advance. „Great experience! Very clean AND easy to keep clean. Spacious, lots of light and good views. We cook and found the kitchen was excellent! A block off Main Avenue and the great restaurants and coffee shops. Location of apartment is on a service street so there is no noisy traffic. Space for one car off street parking.We had six people over for supper and was comfortable and easy. Plenty of convenient storage space. It was just right for us! (our only 5 star rating for the 2024)“
