„This home was more than I could have ever dreamed of! It was in a beautiful, quiet location near golf courses and the town of Graeagle, CA. The landscaping around the property was immaculate and the inside of the home revealed a luxurious log cabin that had everything one would need for a grand vacation. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Host was super helpful and gracious. It would be a pleasure to return!“

„The host was excellent at answering questions from the very beginning. The home was beautiful, comfy beds, quiet neighborhood, close to town. People in the neighborhood were extremely friendly. We treated our kids and grandkids(10 of us including a baby) to 5 nights. The home was plenty big and the kitchen well equipped. We didn’t use the sauna, but the hot tub was enjoyed by all. It was a perfect Thanksgiving weekend!“

„The girls in my family came to Graeagle for the Christmas tree lighting and shopping day. We arrived to the house decorated for the holidays, heater on, and super cozy. We cooked, puzzled, and laughed our way through the weekend and had a very pleasant time. Even had a cozy fire. We would recommend this amazing mountain house to everyone, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.“

„My wife and I loved our stay here. The house was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Sitting on the front deck was very relaxing with the stream flowing right in front. We spent most of our time out exploring, there is so much to do in this area. The hike to the top of the lookout tower was amazing (best to drive up thru Bassets and then towards Packer Lake so that you don't have to drive up the rough unpaved road from Sierra City). „Wonderful weekend+ in Graeagle! We had a very nice time at the property, weather we perfect, all things worked and garage space was a bonus to store mtn bikes. The bedrooms were nicely decorated, the kitchen was clean and well stocked and the living spaces/dining area were well done. Lighting on the deck was nice touch too. „We were in the area to attend a wedding in Graeagle and chose this cozy older home which has modern updates. Great location that is walking distance to a grocery store. The weather was cold but the pellet stove and space heaters kept us warm. We had a power issue one night but the owner responded to us quickly. Enjoyed our stay.“

„My stay was end of December and it snowed. It looked like a winter wonderland. The room was clean and the decor modern. The main entrance and check in area has a large sitting area, fireplace and a cute boutique filled with fun items. But really it’s the surrounding nature that was pristine. The walk to feather river was easy to find despite the deep snow. The staff was warm and welcoming. Thank you.“

I received a call the day before our arrival to be notified that the Fifty44 restaurant was closed and that the heat in our designated room was out so they were moving us to another room. I appreciated the heads up for sure. It was a bummer the restaurant was closed because it is one of our favorites and we eat at least 2 meals there during our stay but, hopefully next year we can enjoy it again. The pool and hot tub were working which was great!  ...
