„The owners were very responsive to everything we needed. We were in town for a company event and I booked because of the 7 bedrooms. The property worked for us but it’s definitely more of an event location. If you are looking for a nicer feel more like a home this isn’t for you but for large groups and events it would be fine.“

„Location was amazing. Surrounded by lake waters for the vacation feel yet close enough to town when things were needed. Plenty of space both indoor & out. Spent a lot of time by the pool & playing outdoor games. Plenty of things to keep teens busy. We had 3 families with us total & there was enough space for all of us to get wedding ready. Highly recommend this house. It checks all of the boxes for a weekend getaway or even a longer stay. Gorgeous views & very nice up to date amenities.“

„We have stayed in a few places in the little elm/lewisville lake area. Husband says this is by far his favorite. House is very clean, and has a nice large family room/kitchen space. Location is the best. Just minutes to the Cove water park, tinman social arcade/bowling, restaurants and shopping. Cristina/prop mgr provided all info promptly and clearly. Would definitely stay again!“

„It is a very serene, lovely cabin. It is a very serene place, with very few people around. The decor is very tasteful (candelabra, vintage tub, etc.). We enjoyed canoeing, watching birds, and fishing ("catching experience"). The owner was very responsive.“

„The Trottage at Lake Dallas was clean and neat. It had everything we needed to function away from home, including a full kitchen, 2 bed/2bath on opposite ends of the unit for privacy and a fully fenced yard. It is close to everything by car, and we will be back. Thank you to the owners for a great place to stay! We cleaned up very well before checking out, because it is such a nice space, we wanted to keep it that way.“

„The house is in a great location, very quiet and safe neighborhood. The house is new and nice. Access to the gym and pool at the clubhouse are a great perk! The kitchen has your very basic needs, just enough to get by. There were only 4 coffee mugs, 1 plastic cup and 1 glass. They could use a few more drinking glasses/cups.
