„We had an amazing time at the Black Warrior Retreat! The property is gorgeous! It was quiet and peaceful. The cabin is beautifully decorated in a modern, minimalist style. It is stunning! We slept comfortably in the beds and enjoyed the soaking tub! We made home cooked meals in the kitchen that was stocked with beautiful cookware and dinnerware! A quick 15 minute drive to campus was no problem at all! Can’t wait to go back to this property!“

„The location is very secluded. It is about an hour outside of Tuscaloosa along a windy, hilly road in a natural area. There are no stores nearby so plan accordingly and it is off a small dirt road with the sign set off the road marking the turn. Some of my guests had issues finding it in the dark because GPS is spotty and there is not great cell service in the area, but we had no issues finding our way in the daytime.
