Disappointed customer
I have to say that I am extremely angry and very very very disappointed with this house. When I arrived the house was very dirty, for example the kitchen counters were dirty with food crubs, the sink had food. I had to clean and disinfect the entire house myself. All the towel racks were useless, not able to hang my towel especially in the master bedroom.
I really could not stay there one more night so I checked the night before the check out day. The heat in the house was unbareable it was fluctuating in temperatures daily on its own. The other guests and I felt extremely uncomfortable from the heat to the extreme cold.
So many things were not working such as the fridge light at times did not work and the dishwasher.
You should not be renting on vrbo if your accommodations are not to a standard that is acceptable because people pay a lot of money to match an expectation that is presented on the website. Like the booking said events allowed no need to contact host if guest list is under 30 ppl. And day of check in host changed that up and did not provide the key or check in information and the owner made last minute changes made to my original booking site and switched properties on us. which caused me unnessesary stress. As a traveller and a customer this should not be happening!
I will be sure never to stay at any properties for this host ever again. I should also be Including the fact that vrbo advertises the entire house is there for the short stay renter. This house had a renter in the basement suite as well.

The host was difficult to deal with and never apologiezed even after bringing forward my complaints about the things I was disappointed about. Terrible customer service.
