„Everything from the listing and reviews was accurate. We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, on our last full day we were locked out for over an hour when the batteries for the lock died. The host was responsive, and we were able to get back in; however, my daughter-in-law was unable to respond to work issues while her laptop was locked inside. We also missed part of the Columbus Blue Jackets game due to dealing with the lock issue.“

„The property was everything we could have asked for and more! My kids had a great time swimming in the pool and exploring the grounds. The pool cover quit working while we were there and the owners came right out to try and fix it. Extremely nice people I might add. Will certainly visit again!“

„Nice house, well-maintained and clean. Location, off an alley, is very convenient. The house was listed as having two twin beds, and there was only one, but the owner is in the process of renovation and maybe did not note this. Not a big deal, we didn’t need it. The house was all we needed and is located less than two miles from Dayton’s campus, so it worked out well. Thank you for everything!“

„Although we had an issue with the home being cleaned in preparation for our arrival, this was not at the fault of the owner and they were genuinely apologetic and beyond accomodating. I gave cleanliness 5 stars because outside of this the house was clean and organized. The home was very spacious and comfortable. „This was perfect location for our stay. We had a wedding to attend and it was a quick wkend trip. We had trouble with booking via vrbo site itself and the owner was great to work with over that. The kids enjoyed the game room, the train nearby didn’t sound as close as it was and wasn’t a problem for us . This was perfect location for our stay. The airforce museum is right accross the street , and Pettitbon coffee is like a mile down the road (highly recommend). We would stay here again.“
