„We enjoyed our stay, and the house was great! The door lock on the first day was our biggest challenge. It didn’t want to unlock, but we figured out what it wanted. It wants to be pulled toward you once the code is entered. After that it was smooth sailing. We had to contact the host but the reply and correction was done quickly. „I communicated with the home owner about the condition of the property several times before the rental date. I was assured the property was ready to go after hurricane. The was not the case. Several issues were noted upon arrival. Dirty house, windows, pool, appliances...etc. After communicating with the home owner and property manager they kept saying, well we just had a hurricane. „We spent Thanksgiving at this lovely property. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk away, there are close by grocery and seafood shops and the communications with the owner were pleasant and prompt. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well provisioned and easy to work in. We would happily rent this property again!“

Downstairs toilet leaks, way to much clutter on countertops in kitchen and in cabinets, we couldn’t get the door to lock, bath mat and kitchen sink mat are nasty, upstairs shower liner has pink and black mold, pool trash can full of beer bottles… I think you get the idea.“
