„Our suite and hotel was wonderful with a very nice design and we had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfectly clean and thoughtful prepared (enough towels, toiletries and even water at the arrival). Besides that exceptional was the service for our late checkin from Anastasia. My request for late checkin was not only answered by mail but also via telephone call ensured. I really appreciated the care about our check-in very much. „Room is spacious and comfortable. Furnishings are high quality. Centrally located. What we did not like was the level of daily room cleaning which was close to none. They need to train or replace their cleaning staff. Swimming pool was not yet cleaned as it was early season but would have been nice if it was cleaned and ready to be used. “
