NEWLY RENOVATED Houseboat Located in Venice Marina (B Dock)

Newly renovated, family-owned houseboat located in Venice, LA at the Venice Marina. We are local to the area and have spent the last 30+ years fishing in this area and are excited to provide quality lodging to fishermen and hunters alike. Our houseboat is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washer and dryer, fish cleaning station, TVs, Wi-Fi, and more. Our back dock is perfect for grabbing a beverage and enjoying the sights and sounds of the Venice Marina. Inshore fishing, offshore fishing, and duck hunting guides can pick you up from the back porch or you can dock your own boat. We are happy to recommend several inshore/offshore charter companies - just let us know and we'll be happy to send you their contact information!

Small issues but great place
Loved the property, but 1 roll of toilet paper, no trashbags, washer and dryer constantly beeping, smoke alarm with expired batteries and wouldn't stop. Beds were great, view was great. Minor details would have made it a 5, vs 4.8 star

Houseboat fishing trip
This houseboat had a roomy kitchen and living/dining area. We enjoyed the outside deck space watching boat traffic in the early mornings and evenings. The deck was in the shade at sunset which was definitely a plus. Luggage racks for the bedrooms would be a great addition to the property along with a general information sheet about the area. Excellent communication with the owners and prompt answers to all of our questions.
