„Our stay was everything it should’ve been. Communication was great, check in and out instructions were very clear and very simple making our arrival and departure so smooth. The home was clean and comfy, and just as described. The coffee bar was a very nice touch especially with the cold temperatures this week. Highly recommend!“

„It is an old house, as stated in the ad. Some rooms had bad smell, especially the BR in the basement. Lots of room for everything. We had minor plumbing and electrical issues. Some of the bedrooms were inter connected, had privacy issues. Disappointed with the pool, as it was not clean despite the efforts from two people who came to clean it. Overall it was good!“

„We really enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse. We stayed for a few days for the Nascar cup series race in Martinsville. We also enjoyed the serenity and the wildlife we seen during our stay! The house has a fully equipped kitchen and the bathrooms even were equipped with badic heeds as well. We meant both John and Rose before we left and they're both a nice and pleasant couple. They also were very responsive whenever we needed someone. Thank you letting us be your guest and we will stay here ...

„The only issue we had was that when we arrived it was extremely hot in the home and the air conditioners (window units) were also on. When we tried to turn the heat down, the thermostat was locked. I went back and forth with the property owner and he finally unlocked the thermostat remotely so we could adjust it. I've never experienced that before. “

„Wir waren etwas enttäuscht, weil die Aggregate der Klimaanlage sehr geräuschvoll waren und auch im Zimmer zu hören waren als unangenehmer Dauerton. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war noch lauter und man hatte die Wahl zwischen stickiger Luft oder Rattern. Rein optisch war das Zimmer sehr ansprechend und auch die Außenanlage war schön. Allerdings war der Swimmingpool schon abgedeckt, obwohl das Wetter noch gut war.“

„We were allowed to check-in a few hours early on our day of arrival. Having this option helped us to unload our luggage and familiarize ourselves with the room and facility so when we arrived back at the room at midnight all we had to do was walk in straight to our room and get to sleep. All of the staff during our stay were friendly and helpful when asked questions. Even though our visit was short, our time there was enjoyable. “
