The Dining area is furnished with a table and 4 chairs. The Master bedroom features a King size bed, tropical palm leaf fan and a Flat Screen TV. The 2nd Bedroom is carpeted and has twin beds, a TV, a walk-in closet and ceiling fan. Third Bedroom has a Queen size bed and a TV. A stackable Washer/Dryer is located in unit. The Kitchen floors are tiled, cabinets are attractive, and appliances are in good working order and as we say, "fully equipped". This unit has Wi-Fi. All available amenities are at Ocean Village are at your disposal.

61-90 days prior to check-in date - 50% of all monies received will be retained*
0-60 days prior to check-in date - NO REFUND
*Processing Fees are Non-Refundable

25%: Deposit Due at time of booking in order to hold your reservation.
50%: 120 Days Prior to Check-in.
25%: 60 Days prior to Check-In: Balance of Reservation, Cleaning Fee and $500 Refundable Security Deposit
