"Wow! I only stayed one night because I’d read bad reviews saying it was noisy and full of annoying influencers. I think you pay more and get more. I was in a bungalow and it was pure bliss. Marina, my concierge, really helped me to maximise my stay and was amazing. I loved not having to fight people for sun loungers at 7am with towels. I loved how private the bungalow was. The only downside for me was I think if I stayed longer I’d come back fat, the food was amazing and all inclusive just makes you want to try things and eat lots. I’m not really a drinker, maybe one, so this was a bit of a waste for me. Gym was pretty decent but closed at 7 which is really early. Overall it was brilliant, super expensive but worth it for something special. I’ll stay longer next time I go, I think 5 nights is ideal "

"Me and my boyfriend loved this hotel. We got a really lovely welcome with a refreshing drink by really helpful staff. The hotel has everything you need and the restaurants are all wonderful. There are enough sunbeds at the beach and the hotel is really serene. "

"This is an incredible hotel in so many ways and is an oasis of calm and tranquility. From the beautifully appointed room with its own pool to the gorgeous well maintained gardens, Elounda Palm provided everything we needed for a lovely relaxing holiday. All the staff are friendly and accommodating, the food is very good and the breakfast buffet and evening meal buffet offer a wide selection. The hotel is within walking distance of Elounda that has lots of restaurants and shops. The next town along the coast towards Spinalonga leper colony is Plaka and is definitely worth a visit. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is wanting a relaxing holiday in stunning surroundings. "

"Everything was amazing: the quick and friendly check-in, the helpful staff member who escorted us to our room with the luggage, and the room with the hot tub was clean, comfortable, and perfect for large families – probably one of the best family rooms I've stayed in. I was initially concerned about the salty water in the pools, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The check-out process was also quick, and the kind front desk lady was very accommodating with my late check-out request."

"The service we received at Atlantica Caldera Palace was exceptional from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with mojitos for us to enjoy while we checked in. The hotel wasn’t certain what time we would arrive, so had arranged food and drinks to be provided for us in our room. It was also our honeymoon and the hotel wasn’t aware before we arrived. On our second night we returned to the room to find a bottle of wine, fruits and other snacks and a letter from the hotel to congratulate us and offer us special offers to use in the hotel which was a very thoughtful gesture. We arranged different dinining options at the a La carte restaurants with Veronica on the PR desk. She was very helpful and arranged everything for us and also made some recommendations for places to visit. The service really could not be faulted throughout the hotel. The housekeepers were expetional and every evening we returned to find our beds had been turned down and chocolate left on the pillows. Katrina, one of the waitresses, was incredible. She was so friendly and personable and made such an effort for our stay. She insisted we tried different local liquors and told us a bit about each one. She really was an asset to the hotel. There were a number of other waiters and waitresses and bar tenders that were brilliant in the adult bar and the adult dining area. "

"Loved everything about this hotel.. except our way too short stay. Room was spacious with plenty of room for my kids and I. There was something for everyone. We loved the beach, water park, dining options, entertainment and competition (we participated in dart and trivia). Food was plentiful with fresh, tasty and healthy options. Great entertainment."
