All my friends were pleasantly surprised with the location, view and overall arrangements that were made by the Host to accommodate us. „Another great visit for our annual pond hockey getaway. Ice quality is always a roll of the dice but Tyler was accommodating with ice prep. Will be coming back next year.“

„We stayed here at end of January 2025 - in the middle of polar vortex. Heat was set just right, and the sauna didn't take too long to get nice and hot. Nice view of the river from windows, no disturbances from any neighbours. A very lovely cozy place to stay and getaway from the big city. Definitely recommend looking into this spot if you find yourself in the area. “

„Such an amazing week. Thanks to Tanya, our attentive and helpful host, my two kids (and our lab!) and I enjoyed our time. The cottage is well appointed, clean, pet friendly, with rooms accommodate everyone and a gorgeous outdoor space. We took a polar bear swim (late october!) and we're all looking forward to enjoying the cottage and lake next summer. No question, this will be our go to cottage in the Kawartha's. Thanks, Tanya!“

„We only stayed for 3 days but it was really nice. Karen and Stuw went out of their way to make us feel really welcome. The secluded location is far enough away from Fenelon Falls to provide some detachment from everything if you want that but close enough to it to get there easily if you don’t. Accommodation was very clean and had just about everything in it that you’d need, especially in the kitchen area. The only thing that perhaps we would have appreciated would have been drapes or blinds ...
