„Service is hit and miss, the grounds, the community house with the library and sitting room are beautiful, the rooms could be nice as well, but the carpet in our bedroom was so dirty, it was disgusting. „I stayed in the moon room (#5) and it was very comfortable. The food smells amazing all night so prepare yourself for being hungry the whole time. It was a Friday night, so it did get a bit noisy even later in the evening. Traffic was also a bit noisy, so light sleepers would have a problem here. Staff was nice and the 24/7 breakfast nook was a great touch. Didn't have to run out for bottles of water etc.“

„Classic, easy Motel. Some improvements have been done like a wood-like hard floor. Staff does not care in detail, like did not remove branches from parking lot for three days which fell in a storm. I travel a lot and would describe me as fearless, but there are a lot of scary people in the hotel and the neighborhood feels unsafe. A little more care, a fence around the parking lot, some bushes and flowers could change a lot.“

„We had a great stay in Oneida Castle for Colgate’s parent weekend. Roughly 25-30 min drive from campus through beautiful countryside and fall leaves. Place is really nice inside, comfy bed, nice living room, and kitchen. Street is under construction, but wasn’t a problem at all. We had a great dinner at Creekside Inn with our student.“

„We had a wonderful time joining family and staying in this cozy home for a few days. Prior to check-in, the owner gave us more specific, helpful directions as to the exact location. Walking distance to the lake, firepit available for use near shore, chairs to use outside, and a porch with outside seating was very handy. We had plans within Syracuse for one day and stayed at the house another. Plenty of games available. We will definitely consider staying here again. Small suggestions to improve ...
