„The place was quiet and spacious. There was a washer and enough room to hang dry clothes. It has a full kitchen and a separate bedroom. I work from home and the WiFi was good enough. It is in an area with many restaurant options and cafes nearby as well as a mall. The gym had plenty of options for any type of workout and was never packed during the day.“

„The staff is great, room was clean and spacious Only downside was when they offered me an airport pickup for 450,000 when it is 3km away and a Grab taxi is only 63,000. If you are a tourist there is not much around there, either walk a lot or Grab taxi everywhere.“

„What an incredible find! This resort is a hidden gem that combines luxury with a natural touch. The infinity pool with a breathtaking view is absolutely mesmerizing. The kids had so much fun at the playground, and the eco-friendly atmosphere made the entire experience feel so refreshing. The friendly staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. A truly unforgettable stay! “

„Did not get information about check in. Waited so long in lobby and no one show up. Was given false contact number therefore unable to call. Cannot reach them at all. Tried contacting via phone and email for days for refund. Accomodation was already paid. Lost our money. Security tried calling and cannot get to them. Total scam. Ended up staying at another hotel.“

„It was a trip with my family. We chose accommodation with three rooms, allowing each child to have their own space. The house was well-maintained overall. It was the perfect place to relax while visiting Hanoi. Across the street, there was a Korean town, making it easy to access massages and Korean restaurants. However, the distance from the Old Town made city accessibility a bit inconvenient, leading to higher Grab costs. Despite this, I highly recommend this accommodation.“

„Terrible smell in the room. There’s no lights in hallways at night time. Completely dark. I have to use my phone light to get to the elevator. Inside elevator, lights also very very low. I feel like I’m in a haunted house. I would NOT recommend this place.“

"We waren met een groep van 6 en de ervaring voor ons was geweldig. Het personeel van het hotel verwelkomde ons direct nadat we uit de bus waren gestapt, hielp met de bagage en begeleidde ons naar de lobby van het hotel. Ons controleproces werd gedaan door Jimmy en hij is de beste. Jimmy legde grondig alles uit over de kamers die we hebben geboekt, faciliteiten beschikbaar in het hotel en deed zelfs zijn uiterste best om alles uit te leggen wat we moeten weten over het gebied, zoals attracties, coffeeshops en restaurants, enz. Wat betreft de kamers het was prachtig, had alle voorzieningen en faciliteiten die we nodig hadden en zeer ruim. Het hotel zelf ligt ook op loopafstand van alle plaatsen waar we naartoe zouden willen gaan, waardoor het voor ons een bonuspunt is. Alles was geweldig, het hotel was prachtig en het personeel was het beste. Het personeel zelf was 5*"

"We only stayed there for one night as we wanted to use the hotel as a stopover on our way from Halong Bay to Phu Quoc Island and were pleasantly surprised! The hotel is wonderfully located between Train Street and the Old Quarter. The staff were super nice, the food in the Olivine restaurant was a dream and our room was very nice! We can only recommend the hotel and regret that we could only spend one day there."

"We had a great time at the hotel. From the airport transfer & check in to our departure we really enjoyed our stay. The food was excellent, the hotel staff very friendly and attentive and the spa area very cozy. If a guest needs help or has a request, Mr. Nguyen Huu Tan provides excellent advice and service. We can only recommend this historic hotel to everyone!"
