„We loved this property but recognize the steep walk up and 55 steps down to our room might not be for everyone. It was just fine for us because the only noise was the sound of waves against the rocks below our room. Also, communication was excellent for us due to problems with Expedia but our hostess patient and helpful. The rooftop patio was lovely with great views of the harbour. The apartment was spacious with very comfortable furniture. “

„The property is located right above the outcropping that separates the 2 beaches at Yelapa, and the gate is in the main path in town. Great location, and you will enjoy all night the sound of the waves crashing against the rocks 30 feet below the wrap around balcony. The stairway down to the property is in great shape and charming. „We had a wonderful stay in Yelapa. It was our first time to Yelapa, and Jay helped us organize a private boat to town from a marina close to the airport. The house is also only a minute or so from the town pier.The view from the house was unbeatable, waking up every morning was a delight, and watching sunset in the evenings was amazing as well. „ The house is at the top of a hill. Clean and comfortable beds. There is an apartment above, so it is easy to hear movements and doors. On top of that is a deck with chairs and a table where you can watch whales. You also have a view over the beach. People are very friendly and helpful. Restaurants have great food. Be prepared to do a lot of walking. “

„Tamara’s place is well outfitted with everything that you need to make your own meals. Hot water for showers, gas stove and the fridge worked great. We really enjoyed our 12 days here catching fish, relaxing on the beaches and just being unplugged. Moderately difficult 45minute hike to Chimo a small fishing community that has a small grocery store and two restaurants. We had lunch at Arturo’s and it was really tasty! „We loved the patio. Perfect place to do yoga, watch birds and the sunrise hits the patio directly which is amazing in the morning. The bed was comfortable and the host(s) are very responsive. The house is up on the hill, but it only takes 5-10 minutes to walk into town. Yelapa has lots going on at night and can be loud, we found the location of this house to be located perfectly as it is close to town but far enough away that you're not surrounded by it. We would definitely stay again!“
