Each bedroom has an on-suite bathroom with showers and in the main bedroom an additional bath. Downstairs there is a utility room with a separate toilet.

By the pool there are chairs to enjoy the sunshine as well as a shower to wash the salt water off after a lovely swim on a sunny day.

Loads to do in the area from day trips to Pisa & Florence to the coast of La Spezia between 45-60 mins away. If travelling on a train is your thing then a local train station gives you easy access across to all the surrounding major cities as far as Parma and Bologna to Pisa and Florence

The property is right by some lovely walking trails and the lovely Rio Bello runs alongside which is calming to listen to.
