The space
Newly built house, in a rustic style, on one level. Very cozy and warm, with a spacious living room with a fireplace and a large, well-equipped kitchen. The exterior spaces include a large patio area that surrounds the house, with 2 pergolas with a dining area and an outdoor kitchen area, barbecue and swimming pool. All this in 3 hectares of private, fenced, olive and oak farm for exclusive use. Covered parking for two vehicles.

The large spacious living room consists of 3 different areas which has a fireplace, sofas and chairs with enough space for everyone to relax.
The kitchen which is separated from the living room, is also spacious and has a dining table for 10 people. It is equipped with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, blender, toaster, juicer and kettle and a cooker with 4 gas burners. Kitchenware and cutlery. The kitchen overlooks a backyard, with access to the washing machine and clothesline.
The sleeping accommodation has 5 bedrooms, 3 doubles and two twins. All the rooms are equipped with central heating and a built-in wardrobe with hangers.
3 complete bathrooms, one of them is en-suite.

The house is very private, but only 10 minutes from Salinas, the closest town, with grocery stores, bakery, pharmacy and restaurants. About 20 minutes away is Archidona, a large town with a large supermarket and all kinds of services.
The house is very easily located and only a 5-minute drive from a national highway
