So sad we chose this property!
A lovely escape turned into a horrible week.
The property was filthy when we arrived (5PM)
No cleaning was ever made. SAND everywhere: floor, in the kitchen sink, in the shower, inside the Closet Drawers! Hairs! Dirty windows, awful and I was charged 45 USD (cleaning fee).
I called the admins and sent pictures. They sent me a person against my will. I told them this was not acceptable. We needed to rest and eat so I asked them to move us to another property. We had no choice. She said they shall reimburse us the 45 USD cleaning fee.
A cleaning lady came in. 10 minutes and a bad smell began. I asked what was it. She replied: VINEGAR. They use vinegar for cleaning the windows! My God, the smell took a day to go away.
They offered on Expedia a 60-inch TV, main reason we chose it because we love Netflix. When we got in there was a 30-inch TV. I complained and ask what the duck was happening, I sent the the offer (picture) and they said it was a mistake. Of course they changed the offer in a second. But we had to watch TV in a screen half the size promised.
The maintenance was bad. A table in the terrace where we grilled some stakes broke a leg and all the food fell in the floor. The electric grill fell towards my wife hand and got burnt the day we left.
Finally, They refused to reimburse. "the service was provided" Expedia asked them to reimburse through a case. They denied.
Noisy street all day.
