„This is a great property and the pictures are 100% accurate. It has great views, many amenities, and was very clean. It also had all the extras: well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels/bedding, and bikes/boats. EVERYTHING was labeled and this made it exceptionally easy to slide right into vacation mode (and not spend time trying to figure out how to turn something on or the location of an item)!! Communication with the hosts was excellent too.“

„Great stay at this house in Va Beach with our dog. The house was clean, welcoming and comfy. It was well stocked for all of our needs and the proximity to a quiet beach along the Chesapeake is something that can’t be beat. Also, it was very close to a variety of great restaurants and lots of hiking options in First Landing State Park. We will be back!!“

„We were in Virginia Beach to assist a critically ill relative. We didn’t want to stay in a hotel with the beach and party crowd. When I saw this listing I knew it was perfect. „Loved this location. Right next to state park and just across the street was access to beach. The street is busy, just have to be careful and patient. The side we stayed on had 3 big bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Make sure to bring paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap and garbage bags. It was very clean and a very cute cottage. We loved our stay there.“

„Great communication very friendly, even came by to check and see if we needed anything. Perfect location right off the bay to relax with coffee and a view. Short walk to the beach access in front of condos. Some free parking at the entrance of RV park so you don’t have to walk through the neighborhood with all your bags. Little island playground/ beach access couple min away with bathhouse and rinse station. Parking was $4 but definitely worth it. Nature reserve is also very close. Nice walking ...
