„Our family (10 members total) stayed for 1 week in this house. We loved the location to the beach and the public beach access. House was very clean and plenty of space. Only suggestion/change was to have outside lighting under the deck by the pool. We wanted to sit outside by the pool and swim at night but were unable to due to no lighting, it would be if they could improve/fix this, so others could swim and sit by the pool at night. She left us a list of eateries and breweries within the are to visit. With that said, the house is so nicely tucked into a little neighborhood withing the Massanutten Resort Area. „The property was as advertised. Located in a very quiet neighborhood with a small backyard. Parking was available on street and there was a space available in the back. We were informed of an issue with the garbage disposal before we arrived which did not detract from our ability to enjoy the space. We were visiting our daughter that lives in the area and would stay here agian when we return.“

Commuications were excellent and host was very responsive. Our goal was to be able to have both traditional holiday dinners and gatherings and the adventure of exploring monuments and museums.The set up would also be convenient for families with younger children. If you want plush spa towels and fine linens - like you might expect at a hotel - bring them. ...

„Perfect for a family member’s birthday. The back yard is lovely. Had many deer come visit. Even with no leaves on the trees couldn’t make out the road way behind. Peaceful and quiet with so many great restaurants nearby ( and the regular Williamsburg attractions too, but not what we were there for.) Grocery store just a minute up the road, we enjoyed cooking for everyone in the kitchen. The house is well laid out for a small gathering. “
