„Double Shot on Main is a good location when visiting the Bourbon Trail. The house is clean and in a quiet area of town. There were four adults in our group and we had plenty of space not to be crowded. The outdoor area was nice while the weather was cool enough to enjoy it.“

„The code was showing on the wall next to the door which made us feel less than safe. I tried to contact the owner and he never responded. The sofa smelt like someone peed in it. The bedroom close to the kitchen had a mold smell. But the most worrying issue was the shower that was in the bathtub was on a platform with no rail to hold on to in order to get out safely. Otherwise we enjoyed the house.“

„I met my 8 girlfriends from college in central Kentucky. The Havilah House was the perfect location for keeneland and bourbon tours and halfway between the bluegrass and Louisville airports. The house is comfortable and well stocked. The host was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. I would highly recommend it.“

„My family and I came in to Shelbyville for a wedding and the house and its location was perfect for our needs. The front porch is just charming. Kitchen is wonderful. I would stay here again! „Loved it. It was a perfect setup for our family getaway and spending a weekend with my brother who is in a wheeelchair. Love that the ramp up to the door was ada compliant…. Only complaint was that the doorways was too small to accommodate his wheelchair but it all worked out :) “

„My husband and I rented this house along with two other couples in our long weekend adventure to explore the Bourbon trail. This house is perfectly located close to the Buffalo Trace Distillery and is only a short drive to others. The house is clean and charming. The speak easy is amazing and we immensely enjoyed the outdoor space each evening. The host was awesome and the checkin process was flawless. Our only suggested would be to add a few more hooks in the bathroom or rooms to hang up towels ...

„This property was as advertised. Nice country setting with horses in the pasture next to the home. 15 minutes from Buffalo trace distillery and 15 minutes from the University of Kentucky golf course. We enjoyed our stay.“

„We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here...the host was so good with communicating back to me with all my questions. The snacks and coffee was a great addition to our stay. Our beds were so comfortable and temperature in house was perfect, especially being 92 degrees plus during our stay. The only thing was the location has alot of rundown homes, but we felt very safe and neighbors were friendly. We all in all absolutely enjoyed 702 Kentucky Ave!!!“
