The Master bedroom offers a secluded sanctuary, featuring a queen bed, an ensuite and a private deck. In the second and third bedroom there are queen beds. Finally, in the fourth and fifth bedroom, there are two single beds in each room (4 single beds in total).
The functional living areas are equipped with smart TVs and comfortable seating. There is a small library available for guests to enjoy. There is a beautiful grand piano that you are welcome to use. The Yamaha C7 semi-concert grand is renowned for its quality and bright tone.

Guests have access to all areas except one locked bedroom, one supply cupboard and the garage.

During your stay, we ask that you:
Keep all pets outside. We permit pets as we have a secure pet run.enclosure; however, pets are not permitted to come or stay inside. Note - there is no boundary fence. So when not in the enclosure, pets should be secured with a lead.
Load all used / dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the wash cycle (dishwashing tablets are provided).
Smoke outside (ashtrays are provided)- a fee will be charged for guests who have smoked inside the house.
Keep noise to a minimum.
Take the rubbish out to the outdoor bins.
Return all items moved during your stay to their original location Ensure the house is locked and secured whenever you are away from the property.
Place used towels in the laundry on departure.
Turn off lights, air conditioner and heaters when away from the property or checking out
Noise - our neighbourhood is a residential neighbourhood. Our neighbours are very important to us. Guests are asked to keep noise to a respectful level.
Any unauthorised early check-ins or late checkouts will result in a fee of $10 per 15 min. If your unauthorised late checkout impacts our cleaners or upcoming guests, you will be charged an additional nightly fee of up to two (2) times the average nightly Listing Fee originally paid by you, plus all applicable Guest Fees, Taxes, and any legal expenses incurred to make you leave.
