„Beautiful outlook to The Lake. Advertised with heated pool, advised it wouldn’t be hot but in fact it was icy!! The kids enjoyed the activities provided eg soccer and pool tables. Table tennis table also, but we ran out of time to make use of that!! Neighbours were great. Overall a fun time was enjoyed“

„Delightful place to stay. There was a little welcome package of some wine and chocolates to greet us. The place was clean and well equipped with more than enough to keep us comfy. There was plenty of room for us and the kids, space for the dogs to run around outside, and a place to keep the boat. A house we’d like to go back to.“

„We enjoyed staying 4 nights in this peaceful 80s retro house. Comfortable bed, very clean and tidy throughout and just a short walk to the river. Our small dogs were safe mooching in the large fenced garden. We all relaxed and enjoyed the sunshine. Thanks for making us all so welcome.“

„We loved our stay , everything we needed was provided and more. The location was perfection. We just walked out the back door down onto the river and there was everything to enjoy all of the water activities from fishing rods through to kayaks. There was a lovely games room and a beautiful studio overlooking the river. The weather was perfect we will definitely be back to relax and unwind .“

„Lovely home to stay. The pool was great fun and clean. A very enjoyable home. It had everything you needed for your stay. Rutherglen was a lovely town to visit and offers alot plus also close to the murray river. For kids it just walk down the road to a playground and plus you can walk around a lake. Would definitely stay again.“

„At the end of a 2km dirt road you’ll find this expansive property with modest (extremely comfortable) properties (miners cabins.) Our property had 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, very compact, comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy, the bathroom was quite small, but our hosts had provided all the special touches. The highlight was what the sanctuary was all about…. they are an active rescue sanctuary for a wide range of animals. ...
