Concerning the missing AC, if you open both sided windows you get a quite good breath. The only downside was the bed, which was bit of old und the mattress had its best days gone. The floor also a bit of dirty. But beside of this it was a nice stay“

„We were two people staying at the apartment. Joe is a wonderful host and has lovely tips & tricks handy. We would recommend Joes place, because of the stunning ocean view. You can view the sunset while eating on the balcony!“

„Etwas Abseits vom Trubel in Honolulu hat das Haus alles was man benötigt. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist absolut fantastisch. Die Sonnenuntergänge hier sind traumhaft. Zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Bad, Küche und Wohnzimmer, sowie aussen zwei überdachte Terrassen bieten viel Platz für 4 Personen.“

„Tyler was super responsive to our questions about the house and was willing to work with us on the final number of people that went on the trip. The house has plenty of space for folks to hangout together or find a quiet place for some alone time. Definitely a place to use as a base for day trips to the other parts of the island. Traffic to and from the house took a little extra time to plan around, but Tyler gave us a good heads up on what to expect. “

„The property was beautiful. Everything was very clean and well thought out. Beds were comfortable, washer and dryer were a plus and the outside shower. Loved having the beach across the way and loved the porch for morning coffee. Had a perfect stay and would book again. Everyone enjoyed themselves. “

„I had booked this property but apparently the property was double booked and so an alternative location was presented as a fix. The alternative location was great, near the same area, still fit our group of 5 and the stay was for the cost we had been charged for this property. I'm giving 5 stars because they owned the double booking mistake and made sure to fix it so I was pleased and did so quickly. What could have been a stressful experience for me was made easy to deal with.“

"Das Hotel ist hellhörig, wir haben immer den Aufzug gehört, wenn er Nachts gefahren ist. Die Lüftung im Bad könnte kräftiger sein. Klimaanlage okay. Das Bett war uns ein wenig zu klein und zu weich, dass ist aber Personenbezogenen. Wir waren im Kona-Tower, wie die Zimmer im Waikiki -Tower sind, unbekannt. Ansonsten, gute Anbindung am Shopping Center, fußläufig zum Waikiki beach( 30 min.) Die 39 Dollar/Nacht für das Parkhaus fand ich okay, für die Stadt. Pool klein, aber mehr benötigt man nicht, direkt am Meer 😉. Starbucks und ein kleiner Store im Hotel sind ebenfalls gut, für vergessene Dinge. Fazit, gutes Hotel zum Sightseeing. "

" Upgrade by check-in Late Check-out on request approved from 10am to 12 Very friendly stuff. They greet you with a smile and “aloha” even from the desk when you go out for dinner even the desk was little far from exit. Wow! Two pools was clean Towels provided for pool and beach every day! View from room was wonderful. Did many online contents with beautiful view from room and pool! - That you need to pay the pool by check in and not from the booking procedure online - Prices should be like the “happy hours” prices and not like the regular ones "
