Das Hali'i Kai Ocean Front Resort ist ein wahres Juwel an der sonnenverwöhnten Kohala-Küste der Big Island im Waikoloa Beach Resort. Wir haben uns in diesen Spot verliebt und glauben, dass Sie ihn auch genießen werden! Unsere Einheit, Hale Little Blue Whale (7F), ist ein Stadthaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern am malerischen 7. Abschlag von Waikoloas berühmtem Beach Course. Sie verfügt über einen weitläufigen Golf-Fairway und unverbauten Meerblick von Küche, Wohnzimmer, Hauptschlafzimmer und beiden lanais (1. foto wurde von der lanai gemacht). Die üppigen Anlagen des Hali'i Kai Resorts laden Sie ein, dieses Resort zu genießen und Zeit in unserem privaten und preisgekrönten Ocean Club zu verbringen: am Pool direkt am Meer. Gutes Essen, Getränke und regelmäßige Abendunterhaltung (in der Saison).

Hali'I Kai liegt 29 km nördlich des internationalen Flughafens von Kona an der sonnenverwöhnten Kohala-Küste. Hali'i Kai (bedeutet "sich auf das Meer ausbreiten") wurde kürzlich von Expedia zum Resort Nr. 1 auf der großen Insel ernannt . Hale Little Blue Whale ist der größte in der Anlage und wurde vor kurzem komplett renoviert. Wunderschöne Akazienholzböden im Hauptgeschoss und Schlafzimmer. Die geräumige Master Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, ein luxuriöses Bad mit Badewanne und eine private Veranda. Die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer haben geräumige Queen-Size-Betten und ein Badezimmer über einen angrenzenden Flur. Die 3 Vollbäder und 2 Lanais unserer Einheit bieten Platz für 6 bis 8 Personen. Die elegante Küche ist ein Traum des Küchenchefs mit hochwertigen Geräten, Granitoberflächen und allem, was Sie zum Kochen benötigen.

Very Nice Property
The unit was in very good shape. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Lots of beach gear was provided in a closet. Air conditioning was very good. Lots of towels beach and bath and a full size washer and dryer. The property manager (maybe also the owner?) was very helpful in allowing us to stay late to our checkout for a small additional fee. The location in Waikaloa was very good as well.

June 9th-June 17th The entire atmosphere of the house enhanced the beautiful scenery. The house is very well maintained, we never had to “wish” we had or needed anything. The spectacular views from both lanais were worth every bit of our rental fee. The pictures do not do the house justice, there is just no way to capture all of the beauty. Steve and Maryanne were very informative and have the island mapped out for interesting outings. We took their advice on where to snorkel and we were not disappointed…we played with several sea turtles and saw beautifully colored fish. I really can’t say enough about our stay, this house is a real “find”. You can’t go wrong with this rental. Wish we could have stayed another week or two or three…

Great property to enjoy as family
I can’t overstate how well the Hali’i Kai was appointed. Every appliance you could want including a rice cooker! The pantry was stocked with lots of seasonings. I highly recommend you check in before going shopping as most of what you need is already provided. Weber grill on the private deck made cooking there a joy. In addition there was a large closet full of beach equipment including half a dozen Maui Jim beach chairs. Beach umbrellas and snorkel gear rounded out all we needed for beach trips. Lots of cooking and dishware provided. High quality hand soaps and Pantene hair products were provided in the three bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the sheets. It literally felt like we walked into someone’s home which was a wonderful home away from home. The food and drinks available at the pool were great! Incredible sunsets each night from either the unit or pool. Right across the street was a putting green. There were putters and balls in the unit which we enjoyed during friendly putting tournaments. If you like to fish, we caught lots of fish from the shore right there! The binder provided had all of the critical information you need to enjoy your stay. We visited several of the restaurants that were recommended in the binder with great success. We had no problem parking two cars during our stay. There is a visitors parking place right outside your door and several around the complex additionally. Highly recommend!

Great week in Waikoloa
The townhome was as described in the photos. Amazing sunsets and views of the golf course. The owners were very responsive and communicated via text to see if everything was ok. There is lots to do in the area. We went night snorkeling with the manta rays, watched sunset and stargazed at the top of Mauna Kea and golfed at the Waikoloa beach golf course. The pool area is great and the beach is close by. Everything was great - I would recommend the townhome to family and friends.

Beautiful location and upscale accomodations
We spent a very enjoyable week here with children and grandparents. Amazing view of the ocean and a very well appointed unit. Extras like spices and kitchen utensils, charging outlets in every room, hand lotion, and copious beach equipment were all greatly appreciated. Some of the appliances needed a cleaning... Cleaning out the filters and running some cleansing cycles on the dishwasher, washer and coffee maker greatly improved their function. Club House on the ocean was gorgeous and we enjoyed drinks and food there on many days. Kids all had fun in the pool and asked to go back there every day. Staff were pleasant but overly watchful, with any minor rule deviation being called out and corrected with our group and many others at the pool. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and would consider returning next time we're on the Big Island.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hawaii and especially our accommodations at the Hali Kai. This condo is outstanding and is beautifully located with a direct ocean view. It was very clean, well equipped with supplies and tastefully decorated. We really appreciated the owners’ interest in ensuring our vacation was stress free and their offer to contact them if we had any concerns, of which there were none. We would definitely look to re-book this unit upon our return to the Big island!

Truly a Home away from Home
Hali'i Kai Townhome exceeded our expectations in every way. The luxurious accommodations, breathtaking views, and abundant resort amenities made for an unforgettable vacation. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating escape on the Big Island. Here are a few additional details that I found particularly noteworthy: The private ocean club is a true gem. The pool is stunning, and the food and drinks are delicious. We enjoyed spending evenings there listening to live music and watching the sunset. The lush landscaping throughout the resort is beautiful and well-maintained. We loved taking walks around the property and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The location of the resort is ideal. It is close to Anaeho'omalu Beach, the King's Shops, and many other popular attractions. The property managers were very responsive and helpful. They answered all of our questions promptly and provided us with excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The townhome felt like HOME. It had every amenity you would need when spending a holiday week away from home. Overall, I cannot say enough positive things about Hali'i Kai Ocean Front Resort. 70th Bucket List Trip
A first for all 5 of us, our trip from northern Montana to this spacious, well-supplied townhome with a plethora of information in a 3-ring binder gave us multiple places to go/things to do as it was a bucket-list Hawaiin dream-come-true excursion. We snorkeled twice in the nearby Mauna Lani beach area, spying multiple exquisite varieties of fish in their underwater habitat. I kept singing "How Great Thou Art" in my head as I witnessed God's ocean beauty below the surface. We ate well daily at our "home" and in establishments, but tops for my daughter and I was Papa Jacks on the Hilo side of the island. Small restaurant, reasonable prices and exquisite choices with the chef coming out to chat afterward with each table. Also on the Hilo side is the Hawai'i Tropical Bioreserve & Garden (Botanical Gardens) which held splendid plant varieties from all over the planet that were thriving well. Back near our resort, the meal & historical entertainment at the Waikoloa Beach Marriot Sunset Lu'au was delicious and exhibited authentic music/dancing. We flew 1 day to Honolulu utilizing David "Kawika" "Get Your Guide" to take in Pearl Harbor/Arizona memorials plus a grand tour of the Mighty Mo naval ship, learning LOTS. We had brews plus a seaside meal at the 604 before flying back to "our" island. Utilizing the onsite resort pool/restaurant/bar was a hit, plus it's where we met our friendly landlords. Exceptional Property!!
Just imagine a beautiful setting in paradise and staying in a gorgeous, clean, fully fully furnished property. This is what you will have here! I can’t say enough good about this property. Hosts were awesome to deal with and we have never felt this comfortable in a rental and we have rented many many vacation rentals.

Wonderful ! So glad we chose this one!
Wonderful! Loved everything about it! The hosts were sooo helpful. Maryanne & Steve gave so much detailed information ahead of time. They paid a lot of attention to detail and were so friendly. Their home reflected that. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again in the future. But I hope to try one of their other properties on a different island as I am confident they will have great things to offer!

The house was great. We super appreciated the gear - made the beach trips fun and easy. Also loved the Ocean Club - beautiful views and good bar. Location was great for touring the island - Hāpuna beach is only 15 minute drive.

Hali’i Kai at Waikoloa
This unit is perfect for Ohana to enjoy all that the Big Island offers. Great resort location close to beaches, entertainment and dining. There are plenty of amenities to enjoy a beach day or just hang at the complex pool. Do make to trip to Waimea for The Fish and the Hog, Big Island Brewhaus, and Moa Kitchen. Don’t forget the Malasada Truck at the turn for Beach 69. A hui hou!

Amazing
We just got back from a 5 night stay at this condo- it was amazing! It’s even nicer than the photos! The condo was very clean, modern, updated, and had all the amenities you could ask for. The set up was perfect with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There were 2 patios with incredible views of the golf course and ocean! The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The community was amazing- right across the street there is a tennis and basketball court. You can also check out a pickleball net from the front desk- we did that 2 days. The Ocean Club was amazing! The pool is nicer than a lot of luxury hotels we have stayed at- there is a jacuzzi with a sandy bottom, loungers in the wet deck in the pool, and a restaurant and bar poolside. The location was perfect! We were fortunate to be there right after the volcano started erupting so we went there one day, it was a nice 2 hour drive. Went to the Farmers market and to a few nice restaurants in Waimea which was less than 30 min away. Kona was about 40 minutes and Hapuna Beach was beautiful and only 15 minutes away. I had a few questions before and during the trip and the owner was so nice and responded quickly each time. Everything was amazing and we are planning on going again next summer- I won’t even bother looking at another condo!

Spacious Place, great for large families
This place was amazing and perfect for our larger family. There was a huge master bedroom and 2 other bedrooms with bathrooms next door and a pull out couch downstairs. The place came supplied with everything you would need for your stay including a washer and dryer. We loved the closet full of beach gear. Steve and Maryanne were super helpful answering all our questions before the trip. This unit and resort were beautiful, we would love to come back again!

Great find in great location on the big island in Waikoloa Beach. The 3bdr townhome in the Halii Kai development was perfect for families or a group of friends. The townhome itself was spacious and nicely appointed, but what really made it spectacular was the better than expected ocean views and amazing sunsets. Would definitely return.

A Great Week at Hale Little Blue Whale
Loved Hali'i Kai in general...gated, spread out, great view, tennis, pickleball, putting green, pool and beach club and access to walk the costal path. 7F was perfect for our needs...7 adults, 4 beds, 3 baths, 2 lanais, place to park, view of golf course and ocean...hard to beat. Loved not having to bring or find our own towels, beach chairs, cooler, etc...and there was a case of beer and lots of spices for cooking...we added a few of both. We also interacted with our neighbors some which was nice but the condo was perfectly quiet with all the doors closed...no neighbor noises at all. Loved being north of Kona too. Definitely gonna stay here again...also the owners were as hands on as I needed them to be with pretrip email contact. Also they have a handy folder with places to eat, rent, swim, golf, etc.

Perfect Big Island Getaway
