„This is a real find. The lanai opens up on a tranquil view of the mountains and the air is filled with birdsongs. During my stay, I sat on the lanai for hours and never heard a human voice. The condo was spotless and the kitchen well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. When I arrived I could not find an umbrella or chair and when I communicated with the management they answered immediately. Very very nice spot. “

„This was a good place for 3 couples to share. Waikaloa Village has easy access to many of our favorite beaches. The only downside was that it is managed by Vacasa, our least favorite vacation rental management company. Half the lightbulbs in the kitchen were out as well as one in the bedroom. The can openers were almost unusable even by very strong men. Apparently there was a new dishwasher because the silverware holder was strapped to the back of the dishwasher with the folding basket ...

Für den Strand waren ebenfalls viele Strandtücher und dergleichen vorhanden. Die Lage auf dem Golfplatz in Waikoloa ist sehr ausgezeichnet, kein Lärm, morgens nur Vogelgezwitscher und einige Golfcars. „The house was huge. It is bigger than it looks in the photos. There is one huge bedroom upstairs and three downstairs. The house was well stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, tons of towels, bathroom supplies, goggles, sunscreen, etc. The view from the deck is amazing, and the house is located in a nice quiet neighbourhood that is about a 10-15 minute walk to restaurants and a grocery store. „Obwohl wir ausserhalb der Öffnungszeiten der Reception anreisten, klappte die Wohnungsübernahme bestens. Die Wohnung war sehr gross, bestens eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Auch die Anlage in dem sich die Wohnung befand war sehr gepflegt. Pool, Grillplatz und Fitnessraum waren auch vorhanden. Wir haben unseren Aufendhalt sehr genossen.“

„This place is 15-20 minutes up the hill from any beach. Do not let that stop you from staying here. Worth the drive. The condo is on hole 3 of the golf course. Great views. The pool is 100ft away. Everything is clean and well stocked. The communication with the management company was exceptional. Check in and out was easy.“

The resort pool, tennis courts, ping pong table, fuse ball and large chess/checkers were a hit with it kids! „Wir haben 3 Wochen Urlaub in dieser sehr luxuriösen Condo verbracht und uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Meerblick vom Balkon ist fantastisch. Man kann jeden Abend einen tollen Sonnenuntergang genießen. In der Condo fehlt es an nichts. Wir möchten sehr gerne wieder unseren Urlaub hier verbringen. Mahalo.“

"Sehr schöne Anlage aber einfach zu gross. Durch die Grösse der Anlage wirkt das Hotel sehr unpersönlich. Für so eine grosse Anlage sind drei ! Restaurants zur Auswahl zu wenig. Es ist eine Zumutung, welche hohen Preise in diesen Lokalen verlangt werden. Dadurch ist verständlich, dass die Gäste in die Einkaufszentren ausweichen. Betreffend Zimmerreinigung, obwohl es sich Hotel nennt und wir haben genug für dieses Zimmer bezahlt, wird es nicht automatisch täglich gereinigt. Dies muss 4 Stunden vorher bestellt werden!!! (Aussage Roomservice) Fazit dieses Hotel: Sehr grosse Anlage, unpersönlich und zu teuer. Kann dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen !"
