„Bei diesem Haus fehlt es an nichts. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig, der Ausblick von der Terrrasse und auch aus jedem Fenster ist wunderschön, das Studio ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Annette half bei allen Fragen und war sehr freundlich. Absolut Empfehlenswert !“

„Great spot, classic old school kiwi batch - I forgot my fishing rod, don't forget yours!“

„We stayed for 1 night. The accommodation has everything you need. It was quirky and fun. All rooms very clean and comfortable. Our child loved the bunk bed room. We were very happy to have the milk and bread etc. The night sky was amazing to see from here. Would thoroughly recommend!“

„Great spot, very local to all we wanted to do. Homemade bread, bacon & eggs were a enjoyable extra. Only problem was no lighting in the garage and the gas bottle for the bbq was empty, meaning a quick change of dinner plans.“

„An awesome little bach with an amazing view. The host thought of everything to make our stay an enjoyable experience. Would highly recommend to anyone.“

„Beautiful location, grounds and cabin. So close to glow worm caves and have their own little glow worm grotto on the property. Only a 60 second walk from the cabins. Also close to a waterfall and black sand beach. Angus was such a gracious host who made sure we had everything we needed including toast jams and coffee. "Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr einfach. Statt des 5. Bettes wäre ein größerer Tisch und 4 Stühle sinnvoll. So ist alles sehr eng und man kann nirgendwo sitzen (außer auf den Betten). Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist viel zu hoch (Stichwort: Kärcher) und lässt sich nicht begrenzen. Es gibt nur an oder aus. Lediglich die Temperatur lässt sich einstellen. Wenn man den Wasserkocher benutzen will, muss man den Kühlschrank ausstecken und umgekehrt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden, WiFi funktioniert super und Betten sind in Ordnung. Die Höhlen sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Glowworm Cave ist sogar fußläufig erreichbar. Die Ruakuri Höhle ist aber die deutlich schönere und interessantere (und auch dort sieht man eine Menge Glühwürmchen). "
