Good day I have a very unpleasant experience I came back into town for the night and when I arrived after booking online I went to the Hotel. The 1st room smelled just like a dog and the floor was sticky. I go back downstairs let the attendant know of the situation with the room and she changed it to another room. By this time I am now tired and ready to go to sleep upon entering the room it smelled but not as bad I used air freshener took care of that then when I went to go lay down the blanket had blood on it the pillow had blood on it the fire alert system was hanging off I put it back the overall experience was not good I went back downstairs to let the attendant know about now this room and she told me to contact the manager in the morning I did and they told me to leave this with you all to handle. I would like to have a refund for this terrible experience please. Thank you in advance and I hope you all do something with that Hotel to Insure that no 1 else has an experience such as I.
