Dieses hundefreundliche Haus liegt auf einer leichten Klippe über dem Pazifik und bietet einen unglaublichen Meerblick von der Terrasse, einen ruhigen Strandabschnitt in 60 Schritten Entfernung und einen gemütlichen Kamin in der Gourmetküche.

Die charmante Stadt Seal Rock liegt nur f����nf Minuten nördlich und bietet eine große Auswahl an Gesch���������ften. Das Herz der geschäftigen Bucht von Newport und das Oregon Coast Aquarium erreichen Sie in 15 Minuten. In südlicher Richtung schlängelt sich der Alsea River durch das entspannte Dorf Waldport und zieht Fischer, Krabben, Klammern und Kajakfahrer an. Wonderful January Stay
Great place for our family! We made lasagna the first night, 15 minute drive up to South Beach Fish Market for lunch the next day (love that place), and we made breakfast-for-dinner with sausages, bacon, eggs, toast, and pancakes for dinner our final night. Views are great and the beach is so close. We streamed a movie on the house Roku device for family movie night. The kitchen, internet, and the house in general had everything I expected.

Great oceanfront private property
5 of us stayed here for a long weekend. Plenty of room for all to feel spaciousness and privacy when needed. Perfect beach view and access. Lots of utensils and equipment available. Location is good for waterfront town hopping. The TV upstairs didnt work. The grill could use a good cleaning (it hasnt been used in awhile), and spotting the driveway off the highway is tricky. But these didnt hinder a great time.

The house is pretty dated. Everything has been well used. The house is in a great location with a perfect view of the ocean. Great room upstairs for kids to have their own space. House gets very warm in the afternoon during the summer months. It has what you need to enjoy the coast. With a few upgrades it would be the perfect place for a family getaway. thewindows

Almost perfect!!
Pros: Private! Great yard for kids and dogs. House was spacious, kid and dog friendly. Picture windows gave a great view of the ocean. Plenty of streaming options available which is nice when you have special needs grandchildren that need some sensory input. Beds were very comfortable! Kitchen was fully equipped and very well stocked. Overall, the house was exactly what we were looking for, for a great family get away. We will be back! Con’s: Very difficult to see the driveway marker from the highway. I feel it needs to be a more visible marker. Front door needs a handle on the outside to pull Ian’s hold it closed so that locking the door is easier. A added chain lock higher in the door on the inside would be a benefit to keep toddlers from unlocking and opening the door.

Beautiful views and beach access
We had a wonderful time. The home is furnished cozily, and the kitchen stocked with lots of extras. Nice and pretty new appliances throughout the home. Overall very functional and comfortable. There’s a little surprise “garden maze” at the bottom of the stairs before the beach, it smelled wonderful. Drawbacks: The fireplace always seemed to be on and most of the windows cannot be opened. None of it prevented us from being comfy and having fun. Will definitely rent again.

This house comfortably fit 2 couples and 2 teenagers. The house is on a very private lot with stunning views and private beach access. Amazing location on a really peaceful beach!

Fantastic beach house
We had such a great week staying here! It was nice to find a house that allows pets with all the amenities this place has to offer- direct beach access, awesome views, privacy, fenced yard, deck, kitchen with all the appliances and utensils to cook there and even a BBQ. It was a very relaxing week, even had three nice sunny days for beach walks. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again!

This was a lovely place to stay for our family of 4. It could have easily accommodated another family with us . View Was beautiful ,beachfront location . Lots of stairs to beach , but not a deterrent from going. Well stocked , comfortable beds and linens . Great find .

Beautiful beach!
The house was very clean and had everything you could need. Excellent location and very relaxing and private. One of the stove burners were out and the king size mattress and queen downstairs could definitely be replaced. Overall was very pleased with everything else. Thank you for sharing your home!

Lovely family home with all the amenities and panoramic ocean views from 3 rooms.
Privacy in and out at this ocean view property. The children shared an upper level with a bath. The first floor bedrooms are spread out, perfect for quiet time. There is access to the beach via a very long staircase or easy access within a short walk. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook at home. Beds were comfortable and lots of linens were provided. We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and the wide assortment of family games and movies. This home is perfect for a multi generational family or 2 couples with children. We loved our stay from the first minute to the last. Suggestions? A small space heater for the single bedroom is all that was missing on a chilly night. All the other rooms have zone heating.

Wonderful Stay!
We were so impressed! The view, I cannot say enough about the ocean view from this home. We were awestruck. We had everything we needed in this cozy home, very well equipped. The only slight negative I can say is that there was no closet in the room with the king bed and while not a huge deal, the stove burners were not very level. We had an amazing Thanksgiving here and would not hesitate to book again.

Beautiful home, stunning views
Spent a week here in October with hubby and 2 dogs and it was a blissful stay. Like other reviewers have said, the beach was mostly deserted and we spent hours just sat staring at the ocean. About 15 mins to Newport, about 10 mins to Waldport. The house is well equipped, the beds and furnishings very comfortable and when we called the 'agent', an issue was resolved the same day.

The location above the water was so incredible it brought tears to the eyes.
There were seven of us, and we had plenty of room to sleep, eat and play. The steps to the beach were easy for the young among us, though were a bit challenging for us seniors. Really appreciated the benches on the landings. There is so much to see and do in in the area. Supplies for meals were easy to get in Newport, only a few miles away. The kitchen was well stocked, clean and worked great for our meals. All in all it was a perfect choice for our vacation.

Amazing Views of the Ocean
Beautiful home with exceptional views. Listening to the ocean all day and feeling the ocean breeze was incredible. Comfortable home with extra linens, ample kitchen and other supplies. Overall the best experience we have had in a VRBO or vacation home rental. Very private home. Will always remember our family time spent here and hope to book this same property for a future family vacation.

Great weekend at Seal Rock and exploring the area. Weather was terrific -- no rain! Hiked Cape Perpetua, explored Newport and Nye Beach areas and made great seafood dinners at the VRBO. The house fit our family group of 8 nicely, and my elderly parents loved the view.

The location and house were great; cleanliness of property left much to be desired
Location: Fabulous - close to many activities at the coast including Florence, Waldport, and Newport. Cleanliness: "No smoking house" had Many cigarette butts on grounds in backyard and on beach by bottom of stairs, lower level smelled of cigarettes, trash all over grounds since lids not on trash cans and cans overflowing with trash, trash from previous tenants was left inside back enclosed porch including smelly meat packages, broken off false fingernails on upstairs bedroom nightstand, dishes dirty put away in kitchen cabinets, non-recyclables in blue can, glass / silverware in garbage disposal, and broken boards on border of driveway. Customer Service: We received an email on 7/6 informing us that the local operations manager would contact us to resolve the cleanliness issues. It's now 7/12, our vacation is over, and no word from Owner / Manager. house was great, but very disappointed w/ cleanliness and customer service.

GREAT VIEW AND NICE PROPERTY
I have little time, so I will be succinct. Highlights: flag lot far off the hwy with no road noise. Large fenced in yard, feels like a compound that is safe for kids and 4 legged friends. View from the main living are amazing. Long flat beach, so excellent for walking and a constant wave sound at night, not the big crashing waves that wake me up. Best ocean sleep I have ever had (and Ive been coming to the OR coast every year, sometimes 2-3 times for over 30 years.) Nice furniture, wood floors, granite in the kitchen is nice, and lots of games and easy instructions for the tv etc. Cons: Nothing that wouldn't have us back again, and we intend to go back, but wish the up bed was a king and needs to be replaced with a nicer model. I awoke with a soar back every morning. Up bath is very small. Think RV. one room that is called a bedroom is hardly a den. It had one small bed and a nightstand, and it literally could not have had any more or the door would not close. That room also had no heat, so it was fine for our 6yo, but we had to open the door at night so heat would flow in there. Another easy fix with a cadet heater installed. The 60 steps to the beach are easy, but as others have noted, it is a literal balance beam log walk at the bottom to avoid a very stinky bog. We had no issue, but under 5 and over 60 likely would. All in all a nice clean, warm, family feeling home. Thank you for a very nice stay!

Very nice location and views
We had a very nice time here. The views are great and the house has plenty of bedrooms and a nice relaxing living room area. The only problem is that the house doesn't have beach access which was one of the key points of this property for me. It does have a walkway down to the sand but it is flooded out at the bottom(probably during winter when we stayed) with pretty much impossible access without waders. Other than that the property is really nice and had a lovely time.
