„It was a pretty good stay. Quito is going through some power outages (due to the drought), so we had power off a lot of the time we were there at the property. But that's not necessarily the owner's fault -- everyone in Quito is getting their energy cut right now. Overall, it was a good deal, located up in a relatively safe area (in the financial district). I'm not sure I'll ever be in Quito again, but I'd definitely consider staying here again if I did. ~Jon“

„Beautiful building with very good amenities. To use the pool or jacuzzi, the owner needs to make a reservation at least 24 hour ahead. Paid for adding breakfast but needed to walk 5 minutes to a restaurant to get that. Dressing for the cold weather and going out is not convenient. To use the laundry you must download an application and create an account. “
