The Neighborhood:
Very unique almost private development. Large lots so you have a ton of privacy. Located in Wears Valley, minutes away from World Renowned Blackberry Mountain. In fact, this cabin looks into Blackberry Mountain, and the entire mountain Range.

Getting Around:
Important Road Information

All roads leading to the cabin are fully paved, but please be prepared for steep and winding sections along the way.

Once you enter the subdivision, it’s a straight drive up until you reach the property.

For your safety, 4WD or AWD is highly recommended during the winter months (December to March) due to possible snow and icy conditions.

Other Things to Note:
** Bring your own fire wood ** Bring your own charcoal for the BBQ grill ** $335 pet fee to be charged before arriving. Sometimes it doesn't automatically charge at the booking. If not collected, the reservation will be cancelled at the expense of the guest. Also, we check after each guest that poop is picked up. We provide doggy bags for this purpose. If there is ANY damage you are responsible for it, no questions asked and it will be charged to your card. We have a strict policy to ensure a clean and enhanced stay for all our guests.

Please be aware that this is a property located amongst forests and mountains. Bears are common throughout the Smoky Mountains and it is best to leave them alone if they are seen from the cabin.
