„The property is really old and requires renovation. Bathroom has cracks all around and enamel in the bathtub is damaged. It was really difficult to get the hot water setting and water was luke warm. The flooring throughout is really old and mainly dirty. There was no door mat inside the apartment or any way really to keep the slushy dirt out. There were no paper towels inside the apartment. „The front desk staff were very kind & accommodating. Alana was always very cheerful and helpful. I was able to check in earlier into the creekside cabin. „Our one night stay was quiet and comfortable. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was late April so there was no activity on the property and I did not meet with any staff members. The communication regarding room access was excellent. I would recommend this property and will stay here again when visiting the Catskills.“
