„Overall a nice place to stay. Not much parking though and its on a dead end street. Plenty of room property clean except the coffee pot it has not been touched in quite some time. Comfortable beds, and having 3 bathrooms was a plus. I would stay again if in the area .“

„We loved staying here over the Christmas holiday. We were visiting the area and have family nearby. We hosted a few gatherings and were delighted with the space. „You couldn't ask for a better place to stay at WVU, especially with the history packed in the house. Joe and Karen take so much pride in their house and when you walk into the house for the first time, you feel so welcomed. Everything was spotless and with the 1,000 labels around the house, you knew where everything was :) The outside fence was perfect for our dogs and they even felt right at home.I would definitely recommend this house to anyone and will stay here again.“

„The property was "fine" but not "excellent" for a family of 5. Decor was interesting and thoughtful. Drapes in second bedroom were pretty sheer and let in a lot of light, not private for changing clothes. Stairs will hurt your feet if you aren't wearing shoes. Whoever sleeps on the couch will probably not be too happy. It isn't a sofa bed. It's a sofa. Amount of kitchen supplies including flatware and bowls was sparse. „I stayed here to attend a Bridgerton Ball at the Senators Mansion. The place was easy to find, host responsive, clean, and absolutely adorable with its time era design/decor. „The description of the apartment is spot on. It’s in a nice little building on high street. The location is great. You can walk to so many restaurants and bars. The river and Deckers creek trails are right behind the apartment. If you are taking a trip to visit WVU with your family the visitor center is a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive. Would definitely stay here again. “
