George's House: Town Centre, amazing views, warm & pet friendly

This two bedroom holiday house is modern, cozy and located very close to town ensuring it has everything to make your stay truly memorable.
With only a two minute walk to Wanaka town / lake and fantastic lake/ mountain views from the lounge the location is unbeatable. The property is set back from the road ensuring quietness and privacy, the sunny courtyard at the back of the house is an ideal place for relaxing or entertaining.
There is also a large garage for the safe parking of your car, bikes and snow gear. For your additional convenience there is a drying room so that everything is ready for your next day on the snow.
The bedrooms have new split king beds which can be set up for you as either double or a twin rooms. All linen is included in the nightly rate. The lounge has a log burner and all firewood is provided. There is also a heatpump and a heat transfer system so all the house is snug and warm during the winter months.

Home away from home - but better!

Perfect Wanaka Holiday spot
Thank you for a lovely stay. The property was spotless and well appointed. The location is excellent and only a short stroll to all ammenities. Beds were very comfortable and the view wonderful. We had 5 nights here. The unit is exactly as described with everything required for our stay. While there were only 2 of us the unit easily accommodates 4 people. Lovley sunny courtyard, great to have use of the garage as well. Location is very close to town. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfection
Bo”s batch is the cosiest place we have ever stayed. The fire place warms up the entire house perfectly, the beds are comfortable, the couches are huge and the place could not be cleaner. All the essentials are there with a drying room downstairs in the huge garage, ample fire wood, heaters throughout plus aircon but these were not really needed as the fire place does the whole house. The location is what really makes this place though, right in the heart of Wanaka. We could not have been more centrally located for our stay. Restaurants only steps away, small convenience stores and a short walk to the lake. We would not look for another rental in Wanaka…

A lovely experience in a lovely home. Plenty of space and well equipped - with very easy access into Wanaka and the town centre! A few shops and restaurants just around the corner make it very easy to manage food and drink needs!

We had to make last minute changes to our trip due to a cyclone on the north island. Nikki was quick to respond. The apartment is clean with a very well stocked kitchen. Location is perfect only a few minutes to the lake and super markets within walking distance.

Family memories in Wanaka
We really enjoyed our stay here - house was very well organised, functional and conveniently located (could walk down to the lake or anywhere in central Wanaka in minutes) and had everything we needed for a comfortable family skiing week away. We slept well in good beds, kitchen was set-up for cooking and dining at home, lounge was ideal for lounging with ample couches, games, new television, wifi, books, stereo etc. Plenty of garage space and a drying room for all of the sporting equipment. We didn't want for anything and would certainly book again.

Perfect base in Wanaka
Perfectly situated to enjoy Wanaka. Stroll to cafes and town, close to lake walks and handy to ski fields. It really is all you need, wonderfully comfortable, loved the wood burner, great kitchen, comfortable beds and beautifully presented and clean.
