Way of communication was very complicated and upsetting.
Now a days our daily life since morning till night is full of online activities. To get away from this online business we choose to go on a break. This holiday company made us to stick to our phones and email. They decided send all the instructions via email and the day we are checking in and the day we checked out. So we can’t get rid of our phones or computers and email.
Is it so difficult just to send one email with all the information of key, check in and check out???
This company must have paid a big amount to a person who’s brain child is this boarding pass. What a waste of time and money. It is a foolish idea.
Please please try to make simple information and very simple and easy way to pass it to the customer.
One more thing, we were two people stayed there for two and half days but only given a small milk carton. It was not enough. It should be two.
