Abgeschiedener Hüttenurlaub für große Familien oder Veranstaltungen. Sehen Sie 4 verschiedene Zustände vom massiven Wrap-around-Deck. Erkunden Sie die 210 Hektar bei einem Spaziergang auf den markierten Wegen, die im Wald angelegt wurden. Das ist eine Kabine mit 210 Acres. Entspannen Sie sich um die Feuerstelle und machen Sie in dieser herrlichen Hütte viele neue Familienerinnerungen. Wir sind zuversichtlich, dass Sie Jahr für Jahr in diese wunderbare Entspannungskabine zurückkehren möchten.
Grillen Sie entweder mit dem grünen Ei oder einem Gasgrill.

Der Raum

Es gibt auch einen Feuerring mit viel Holz für Ihren Genuss. Nehmen Sie sich etwas Zeit mit der Familie am Feuer und braten Sie ein paar Sumpfschnecken :).
Die Hauptetage ist 1.568 qm groß.
Es gibt die Option für 4 weitere Schlafzimmer, wenn Sie den Platz benötigen. Im Keller haben wir Räume im hinteren Teil des Kellers, die keine Fenster haben. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett. Wenn Sie Zugang zu diesen Zimmern benötigen, geben Sie dies bitte nach Ihrer Buchung an. Um sicher zu sein, haben wir jedes Bett für Sie bereit. Das würde insgesamt 10 Schlafzimmer ergeben.

Beautiful Resort with Incredible Views!

Our group of 22 people had a wonderful time at the Fulton County Resort. There are a few nitpicky things that could have improved our experiences, which I will share here, but not enough to take away from the 5-star rating based on the cost and many great things about this property.We LOVED the large open spaces, the scenic views, the abundance of linens and blankets, and the layout truly provided opportunities for people to connect.Nitpicky feedback:The basement seating should be replaced. It shows its age, and some seats weren't very comfortable.Additional functional space heaters should be available for the basement area spaces.

Home away from home

Hidden on the hill, nestled away from chaos, this property provides you the peace you have been craving for. We had such an amazing time at this place. We have never been to a home so well equipped to cover all your needs. Breathtaking views, firepit, wrap around deck and ample amount of space to accommodate everyone. We were 13 people from ages 5 to 70, and no one had any complains, just smiles. We will definitely return to this home.

Great location

Great location, with really terrific views. Hot tub and outdoor fire pit big pluses, and they kindly provide lots of towels. There was some mold in the basement bathroom around the shower, so our group elected to not shower there. But hosts were very responsive when I let them know, and I'm sure it will be handled appropriately.

Beautiful Setting

The setting is beautiful! We immensely enjoyed the views from the deck, overlooking the valley. And the pickleball court was well used as well. We did have an issue with the oven upon arriving. And the Big Green Egg that is pictured is no longer there, only a very cheap and tiny charcoal grill! We had gone prepared to fix most of our food on the charcoal grill, so we were quite disappointed about that. And then to have the oven not working either, made for a bit of a stressful first evening there. Everyone was hungry and we had no way to cook our food! We eventually figured out what was wrong with the oven and fixed it enough so that it could be used.

Loved our stay, was already looking to stay again. Clean, very well stocked, perfect for kids and adults. Only wish we stayed longer. The gravel hill up to the location is no joke, though, be prepared.

Martin family vacation

Our extended family enjoyed our stay at the Zook cabin very much. We had 28 members on our highest days. Everyone had a place to sleep with a few of the youngest on sofas. It was a very hot week and the air conditioning worked well. We did sweat a lot while we frequently enjoyed the volley ball, basket ball, and pickle ball court. One day we played volley ball in the rain and it was great! There were some morning family runs on the 3 mile roughly mowed path, although it was tricky figuring out the correct course at times. We ate most of our meals in and the kitchen was stocked well for our large family. The only thing lacking was enough utensils but we just bought some plastic. We definitely needed both refrigerators. There were plenty of linens/towels which was very nice. The view was beautiful as we appreciate the moutains and farm land. We used the large porch and the very nice blackstone grill quite a bit. We enjoyed Berkely Springs Park and the Western Maryland rail trial to name a few places we visited.

It was nice

Overall our stay was great. We thought the property was bigger due to the photos from the listing but it was a decent size. Enough space for myself and our family. Some mishaps with the linens but we were able to wash them in the washing the machine. The house has a lot of household items. The hot spot for Wi-Fi didn’t work consistently but we enjoyed ourselves still.

Wonderful Place

I can't recommend this property enough for a weekend getaway. We had 11 old friends come together and had a wonderful stay at the cabin. They provided everything we needed and the house was perfect for our needs. We've already talked about re-renting this house for next year. And the photos don't do any justice to the view, it's absolutely gorgeous.

The cabin was perfect for our group! There was plenty of room, the cabin was well stocked with all the linens, dishes and cleaning supplies needed. The views were spectacular and the area was perfect for hiking, four wheeling, and just relaxing.

Could be great... but wasn't

The house is large, well appointed, has beautiful views ad is isolated (nice and quiet). That said, after a super easy check-in, we walked in to find ten hanging (full) fly tapes on the first floor with many others not yet caught. After looking around we found a full garbage can on the deck complete with empty raw chicken containers and other garbage but no bag (complete with maggots). After moving this to the storage shed area we set up for dinner, and had to clean the all top plates in the cabinet. So, ok, not a huge deal, the cleaners had an off day but we spent 3 nights and spent hours each day killing flies, in every room. OK Lets go for a walk around the two mile trail, half mile in we turn around because the Quad trail clearly has not been ridden in awhile and is now overgrown. Way too much money for all the issues and to leave asking if fly killing was an Olympic sport.

Great property

Loved our stay! This cabin worked perfectly for my family (each having their own families) to stay. Plenty of room and lots of land for kids to run and for us adults to hang out and play corn hole. Beautiful view!

The home was beautiful, bright, spacious, clean, the view was breathtaking the sunrise and sunset were spectacular!!!!! We can’t wait to go back. Contacted the owner a few times while there and instantly they responded. All you need to pack is clothes they have everything else covered. AMAZING!!!!!!

Family Getaway

We spent 6 days at this lovely property with our family and 2 young children. There is ample space for sleeping arrangements and a large kitchen for cooking/entertaining. We were a family of 6 and felt this was a comfortable amount for the home. The beds were especially comfortable and our favorite view each morning was the sunrise. We also appreciated the family story behind the home and the work that went into building the property. Please be advised that the Wi-Fi is almost non existent due to the area and did not work beyond the first day for laptops/phones/devices. Please bring a personal hotspot if you wish to connect to Wi-Fi. This also impacted watching of any TV/Hulu/Netflix in the evenings on the TV’s as they did not work. If you are ok with no TV or Wi-Fi this property was a nice quiet getaway to reconnect with family, play games etc we just had to finish a small amount of work prior to holiday closing. Just a heads up as that’s important! We had a great time building a fire each night and resting, cooking and spending time reading over Christmas. I recommend this property for families looking to do the same. Thanks!
